Description
ORA PPS conducts Precision Rifle Series Regional Series Matches out to over 1000 yards. Clinics are also held for shooters new to PRS.
Your scope/rifle/ammo combo must be zeroed and centered and be capable of shooting 1 MOA or less consistently. Adjustable/exposed scope turrets for dialing elevation and windage adjustments, and an understanding of your rifle ballistics and verified data to accurately shoot over 1000 yards are required.
We recommend that you have experience in long range rifle shooting, or in rimfire PRS before attending a match. Coaching will be provided to new PRS shooters.

Equipment Needed
- A center-fire rifle with detachable magazines, a bipod, and support bags.
- Scope with tactical style turrets and reticle, zeroed to 100 yards.
- Match ammunition. No magnum or steel core, refer to PRS rules for details.
- Binoculars or a spotting scope.
- A shooting app on your phone or a dedicated ballistic calculator is strongly recommended.
- Backpack to hold your gear and support equipment.
- Appropriate clothing for conditions.
- Lunch, snacks, drinks, etc.
Location
Matches and clinics are held at CFB Borden and Milcun Training Center near Minden, Ontario.
Cost
Matches are $95 for ORA members, $140 for non-ORA members. Non-members can attend 2 events as guests. Guest fees are refundable with membership purchase.

3-5 matches scheduled during the spring-fall shooting season. Please refer to the ORA calendar for all events. If you have any questions, please contact the Match Director.
