Description
Short Range Practise (Plinking)
A casual roll-in/roll-out day of shooting at 15 and 100 yards on Langemark Range. Pistols and long guns welcome. Drop in and leave whenever it suits you.
Mid Range Practise
We begin the day by zeroing at 200 yards, followed by a no-score “Mini Match.” This includes a 2-minute deliberate (targets indicated afterward), 5 snap shots (3-second target exposure, all shots indicated), and 5 mover shots (all shots indicated). The sequence is then repeated at 300, 400, and 500 yards.
If you prefer to train independently, you’re welcome to bring a partner to run your target and shoot alongside the group, provided you adhere to the established timings.
Equipment Needed
Any safe and reliable rifle or pistol of a range approved caliber, ammunition, eyes, ears, weather appropriate clothing, snacks, and hydration. Many people bring a stable folding table to stage their firearms from.
